I respectfully request an immediate Investigation/Apology/Correction
of inaccurate Health Records inline with ACCESS TO HEALTH RECORDS ACT
1999 (C.23) under 6. (1) Correction of inaccurate health records.
Based
on grounds of: -
I am horrified by the ignorant, prejudiced, vindictive, malicious, disgraceful,
Grossly offensive, appalling, unsubstantiated, false statements/allegations,
errors (not difference of opinion)discrimination against a single mother
& her innocent child unbeknown to her/us...
My Mother had already suffered unimaginable horrific injustices/abuses...
Using his surgery as a mini-courtroom producing character assassination
against an Incest survivor,whom he does not even know her background!!!
Violating her Human Rights/Health and jeopardising the welfare of her
innocent child!
All to the detriment of my poor Mother (suffered further damage aided
by other Subsequent Doctors whom were heavily influenced by reading
DR BAIG'S SLANDER of my Mother. ('YOU WILL FIND HER VERY ODD' Dr Baig
1983) (Written in such a way, actually telling them (Other GP's) how
they will find my Mother!) that the other Dr's made further cruel additions-('DEEPLY
DISTURBED'! Dr A. Hughes) (Stating he has, 'NO SYMPATHY'-Dr Baig) adding
further vindictive, malicious horrendous abuse..
DR BAIG'S allegations were written to various parties, to be read. Such
disgraceful Defamation destroys a persons life!! (Withholding ECG results
from her!) ('NOT TELLING HER ABOUT THE ECG RESULTS'-Dr Baig 1984) (When
suffering serious heart pains!!) Able to influence major decisions to
date! Causing untold psychological trauma. Destroying a whole Family!.
My poor Mother found out in 2004!!!! Unable to challenge the lies until
now, written secretly without her knowledge, outright false allegations!
My Mother treated like dirt because of DR BAIG'S subversive influence!
Where is his impartiality??? ..as required by the European Court of
Human Rights.
The Shipman inquiry showed the system is SERIOUSLY flawed. The Shipman
inquiry is only the Tip-of-the-iceberg in showing the total lack of
regulation of Doctors conduct!!!
DR BAIG does not act for the good of the patient. Failed in his public
duty to abide by the law, which is the basis of our society-clearly
failed to act within his hippocratic oath ('FIRST DO NO HARM').
In 2001, insulting our intelligence, derogatory to my Mother, exhibiting
prejudice, failing to act for my Bed bound medically neglected grandmother
(Bedridden due to Hospital neglect & abuse).
GROSSLY OFFENSIVE!.We have to have an iteamised apology!...
I urge the GMC to conduct an investigation into DR BAIG'S practise...
