Police Charge of 'Harassment without Violence' to Dr Colin Gelder & Dr Joseph Grey...

Question; does it now mean that anyone who is involved in a 'Peaceful Demonstration' can be charged by the police with "Harassment without Violence"?? e-mail; feldmeier@btinternet.com

On the other hand, does it mean that two people making a lone 'Demonstration' can be 'Bullied' by the Police and the CPS where as large 'Demonstrations' cannot be controlled, or is this 'The Thin Edge of the Wedge' against all 'Demonstration'??

Protesters at Llandough - The CPS had advised the Trust that they are willing to act on this matter. It has been agreed that in the first instance the protesters will be summoned to Barry Police Station with the intention of issuing them with a formal caution. If however, they show any signs of refusing to accept this they will be charged and a procecution will follow (likely to be under the Protection from Harassment Act). At the time of the meeting the Trust was awaiting an update from the Police.
