Complaint against the Guardian and Journalist Jon Robins

I wrote to you on 13 August stating I was referring my complaint to the PO, which I did on the 6 September. I received their reply on the 16 September, a copy of which I enclose. It appears the PCC falls outside of their 'remit' which possibly you already knew. However, in their answer under "Next Steps" they advise I re-approach the PCC and "ask them how you would take matters further".

I enclose a copy of the letter I sent to the PO in which I have made numerous points and hope you will read it and address my concerns.
