The CCS and my solicitors, Thos Boyd Whyte, clearly violate the Law Society rules. At the time Tula Fitzpatrick wrote this 'Attendance Note' my complaint was still waiting to come under investigation, this clear evidence that the CCS and Thos Boyd Whyte conspired and misused my complaints file also the rules on the collection of data was violated. |
